Cucumber Mint Lassi
This cucumber mint Lassi is simple and easy to make. This is quite energetic, refreshing, rejuvenating, cooling and the best thirst quencher.
Preparation Time: 5 minutes Serves: 2 INGREDIENTS: Yogurt/ Curd- 1 cup Cucumber- 1 Mint leaves- a handful Pink salt- 1 teaspoon Chaat masala- 1 teaspoon Roasted cumin seeds powder- 1/2 teaspoon Water- 1/2 cup or as required DIRECTIONS: We will start making this lassi by thoroughly washing the mint leaves. Cut the edges of cucumber. In a blender blend together yogurt, water, mint leaves, cucumber, salt, chaat masala and cumin seeds powder. Your lassi is ready. Garnish with cucumber slices and mint leaves. Serve chilled. Enjoy!! |
