Dalgona Coffee The frothy, creamy, silky, luscious Dalgona Coffee is a delight for your soul!! Sip on and enjoy the very easy recipe. Instant Coffee Powder- 2 tablespoon Sugar- 2 tablespoon Hot water- 2 tablespoon Milk- 1/2 cup (Regular full cream/low fat/skimmed milk, Almond milk, Soy milk) Ice, as required DIRECTIONS: Use a large mixing bowl (having enough space for your whisk to whip air in). Add coffee, sugar and HOT water in 1:1:1 ratio in the bowl. Whisk everything well till hard peaks form. And the chocolatey brown mixture turns to almond brown color. Whisking by hand - using a balloon whisk, first mix the coffee, sugar and water until everything is melted. Then start whisking!!! It should form peaks. Whisking using a hand mixer or stand mixer - first mix at lowest speed until all the coffee and sugar are dissolved. Then turn the speed to highest setting and mix until peaks form. Fill 1/2 cup with cold milk and add some ice. Spoon the whisked foam and add it to the top of the cup. Mix it with a spoon to enjoy it as a latte. You can sprinkle the top with some cocoa powder or cinnamon powder too. ENJOY!!!
