Apple Salad This deliciously fresh apple salad is very healthy and very sumptuous. It’s very easy and quick to make. The addition of tart cranberries goes so well with crunchy walnuts. It can be made in just 10-15 minutes. INGREDIENTS:
Red Apple- 1 Green Apple- 1 Salad leaves- a handful Mint leaves- 10-12 Dried Cranberries or Cherries- 1/2 cup Walnuts- 10-12 Lemon juice-1 tablespoon Chaat masala- 1/2 teaspoon Salt- according to your taste Black pepper powder- 1/4th teaspoon DIRECTIONS:
Wash and cut apples into cubes. Wash and pat dry salad leaves and mint leaves. Mix together lemon juice, salt, chaat masala and black pepper powder. In a big bowl add salad and mint leaves. Add in cubed apples along with cranberries. Add the prepared lemon dressing. Toss the salad gently. Just before serving add walnuts. Serve immediately. Enjoy!! |
