INGREDIENTS:
Broccoli- 18 large florets
For the Marinade- Yogurt/Curd- 3/4th cup Chickpea Flour/ Besan- 2 teaspoon Kasoori Methi- 1 teaspoon Salt- to taste Tikka Barbeque Masala- 5 teaspoon (I have used MDH tikka masala) Turmeric- 1/4th teaspoon Coriander Powder- 2 teaspoon Red chili Powder- 1/2 teaspoon Chaat Masala- 1 teaspoon Oil- 2 teaspoon
For Garnishing
Onion Rings, Tomato slices and Mint leaves. DIRECTIONS:
Cut Broccoli into Florets.
Boil a pot of Water. The pot should be big enough to accommodate all the florets. When the water starts boiling reduce the flame to medium low. To blanch, drop the Broccoli into the Water gently. Press to submerg in completely. Let them boil in water for 4-5 minutes. After that, transfer the Florets into an Ice Bath. (Put blanched broccoli in a pan of ice cold water. This way they will not loose their color).
Meanwhile let’s prepare the marination. Mix all the ingredients listed under Marinade. Add in the blanched broccoli florets in the prepared marinade. Mix well till the marinade coats the broccoli well.
Set aside for an hour.
After that Preheat oven to 170*C.
Line a baking tray with Parchment paper. Grease it with little oil. Arrange the marinated broccoli florets on the tray.
Put the tray in the preheated oven.
Grill them @170*C for 15-20 minutes.
Serve hot with ketchup or chutney.
