You can make these in two ways:
A: On a Non Stick tawa/Pan:
Heat a non-stick- tawa or heavy bottom frying pan, then turn the heat on medium. Put little oil on tawa (1/4th tsp) n spread 1 serving spoonful of batter evenly on it.( If you are using non- stick tawa then no need to put any oil, just grease the tawa).
Let it cook on medium heat.
Turn it n cook on other side also.
Let it be brown & crispy from both sides.
Repeat the same with rest of the batter.
B: In a Waffle Maker:
Heat your waffle maker according to the instructions given.
Spray with some cooking spray/ Non-stick spray.
Put a ladleful of batter in each waffle plate.
Close the lid.
Let it cook for 7-10 mins.
