LOTUS BISCOFF TIRAMISUVery delicious and sumptuous uber looking dessert made with Lotus Biscoffs. Preparation Time: 40 minutes Setting Time: 5-6 hours Serves: 6 Lotus biscuits- 24 Cream cheese- 120 grams Whipping cream- 250 milliliter Icing sugar- 1 cup Lotus Biscoff Spread- 2 tablespoon
Coffee powder- 1 tablespoon Sugar- 1 teaspoon Water- 1/2 cup
DIRECTIONS:
We will start by making the coffee syrup first. For that take one cup of water. Warm it. Add in coffee powder and mix well. Keep it aside and let it come to room temperature.
Next, take chilled whipping cream along with 2 tablespoons of icing sugar. Whip this to stiff peaks with the help of whip attachment attached to hand mixer or stand mixer.
In a separate mixing bowl take cream cheese along with half cup of icing sugar. Give it a quick whip just to mix them both together.
After that, fold the whipped cream into the cream cheese gently so as to retain the airiness and lightness.
Take out half cup of this prepared cream separately. Next, add in biscoff spread to the remaining prepared cream and mix it gently. Once it’s all combined, set it aside. Your biscoff tiramisu cream is ready.
Next, we will assemble the tiramisu.
To assemble the tiramisu, dip the biscoff one by one in the coffee syrup. Don’t soak them. Just quickly dip them to get them wet. Place them in a single layer on the bottom of your serving dish. Top this with half of the prepared tiramisu cream. Spread it evenly.
Add another layer in the same way. Smooth remaining tiramisu cream over the top. Top this with the reserved half cup of plain prepared cream. Smoothen it or you can give any design of your choice.
Top it with 2-3 crushed lotus biscoffs.
Let the tiramisu set in the fridge for about 5-6 hours. This will result in a very flavorful and well set tiramisu.
