INGREDIENTS:
Milk Chocolate- 100 grams, chopped
Semisweet Chocolate- 100 grams, chopped
Heavy Cream- 125 milliliter or 1/2 cup
Butter- 2 tablespoon
Milk- 1/4th cup
Dipping Ideas-
Pineapple, Strawberries, Blueberries, Banana, Grapes, Cookies, Wafers
DIRECTIONS:
Start by preparation and arranging all the ingredients you will be dipping in the fondue. The fondue is prepared in no time so you want to have everything ready.
Put the chopped chocolate in a heat-proof bowl.
In a small saucepan, put cream, milk and butter. Keep it on medium to low heat.
Just warm everything so that everything gets mixed together.
The moment you see tiny bubbles on the edges switch off the heat.
Pour this warm mix over the chopped chocolate pieces.
Mix everything well with the help of a spatula.
Stir until you get a silky smooth mixture.
Immediately pour this warm sauce into the fondue pot and light the candle of your fondue pot.
Serve it immediately along with the treats and goodies you have arranged for the dipping.
If the fondue gets thick or starts to harden, reheat it in the microwave in bursts of 10-15 seconds, stirring in between, until melted and smooth again.
