Avocado Chaat This is a very scrumptious and very healthy avocado chaat.
INGREDIENTS: Avocado- 1, big Tomatoes- 2 Onions- 2 Rice puffs/ Murmure- 1 cup Tamarind Chutney- 2 tablespoon Coriander Chutney- 2 tablespoon Sev- 2 tablespoon Boondi- 1/2 cup Chaat masala powder- 1 teaspoon Lemon juice- 1 tablespoon Salt- 1 teaspoon, or as per your taste Red Chili powder- 1/2 teaspoon Coriander leaves- handful, washed and chopped
DIRECTIONS:
We will start making this chaat by chopping the veggies. Cut onions and tomatoes into bite size pieces. Next, deseed and peel and chop avocado.
In a big mixing bowl add in chopped avocados along with tomatoes and onions. Add in rice puffs. Add in Chutneys, masalas and boondi. Mix everything well with gentle hands. Add chopped coriander and toss the chaat. Top it with generous portion of sev. Serve the chaat immediately or else it will get soggy. Enjoy!!
