Lassi is a popular traditional curd or yogurt based drink. 
Saffron dry fruits lassi is loaded with flavors and of course dry fruits/ nuts, this lassi is not only very refreshing but will leave you very satiated too. 
 
 
Preparation Time: 10 minutes 
Serves: 3-4

INGREDIENTS:

Yogurt- 2 cups
Saffron strands- 15-20, soaked in 2 tablespoon warm water
Cashews- 10, chopped 
Almonds- 10, chopped 
Pistachios- 10, chopped 
Cardamom powder- 1/2 teaspoon 
Fennel powder- 1/2 teaspoon 
Sugar- 4 tablespoon (or adjust according to your taste)
Cold water- 1/2 cup (or adjust according to the thickness of yogurt)
Ice cubes- as required 

For Garnishing 
Dried Rose petals 
Sliced cashews, Almonds and Pistachios 
Pomegranate Arils 
Saffron strands 

DIRECTIONS:

We will start making this flavorful Lassi by first soaking the Saffron in warm water.
Let it soak for 15-20 minutes to release it’s flavor and color.

Chop cashews, almonds and pistachios.

In a mixer or with the help of stick blender, blend everything (listed under ingredients) well.

Garnish and serve chilled.
