Sprouts Salad Super easy, Super healthy Salad. INGREDIENTS: Moong bean Sprouts (lightly steamed)- 1 cup Tomatoes (diced)- 1/2 cup Cucumber (diced)- 1/2 cup Kiwi (diced)- 1 Pomegranate arils- 1/2 cup Mixed Berries- 1 cup Apple (diced)- 1/2 cup Orange (deseeded)- 1 Lettuce leaves- 2 Lemon juice- 2 tablespoon Chaat Masala- 2 teaspoon
Pumpkin seeds- 2 tablespoon DIRECTIONS:
Mix all the ingredients listed except Pumpkin seeds. Mix well. You can add sliced green chillies too if you like the spicier version. Sprinkle some seeds and voila it's ready to be gorged on. Enjoy this guiltfree pleasure. |
