Pomegranate Lemonade is the perfect summer drink made with fresh pomegranates, lemons and rose syrup. The rose syrup gives it a very unique aroma and flavor. The use of club soda gives it a very zingy flavor. It’s easy to make and so refreshing!

This cool drink is the perfect balance of tart and sweet flavors that makes it an ideal choice for summertime. The lovely color imparted by pomegranate makes it super elegant, and the citrusy lemon makes it so perfect and unique.
This is an ideal Mocktail for your dinner parties or brunch parties.
INGREDIENTS:
Pomegranate- 2, large
Water- 1/2 cup
Sugar- 4 tablespoon
Rose syrup- 2 tablespoon ( I have used RoohAfza)
Lemon juice- 2 tablespoon
Club Soda- 300 milliliter
Ice cubes- as required
Pomegranate arils and Lemon slices- for Garnishing
DIRECTIONS:
In a small saucepan put water and sugar together on low heat.
Let the sugar completely dissolve in water.
Switch off the heat and let this simple syrup come to room temperature.
Deseed the pomegranates.
In a blender jar put pomegranate arils, simple syrup and give it a blend till the seeds are crushed and release their juices.
Add in lemon juice and rose syrup too.
Give it a quick blend.
Pass this through a mesh strainer. With a ladle press the pulp to squeeze out all the juice.
Divide this juice equally in 4 glasses.
Top with some ice and club soda.
Garnish with pomegranate arils and lemon slices.
Serve cold.
