No Bake Mango Cream Oreo Tarts

Sweaty!! Draining!! Boring!! HOT, HOT & HOT!!!
Who wants to cook and slog in the kitchen for long hours in the sweltering heat. At least I am not of that type. Come Summer, I find excuses to not make any elaborate meals.
There are days when I just want to slouch in my PJs, a comforting cooling meal in my hand and a thriller or romcom on my T.V.
But as they say, try to find something good in the bad, so the only best thing about summers is "MANGOES". When you have the king of fruits to relish, you become less cranky and less complaining ;)
The recipe I am sharing with you all is a delicious Mango Cream!! The name itself makes you salivate, doesn’t it?
The sweet delicious mango purée when mixed with luscious silky cream, is like a match made in heaven.
Mango cream is a perfect summer dessert. It’s a very delicious and sumptuous dessert ideal to beat the heat. It’s an easy, quick, eggless, no-cook, absolutely fuss-free dessert.
The best thing is, this recipe is like a breeze of fresh air. Nothing can be as simple and easy as this– just purée mangoes, whip the cream, fold cream with purée and it’s done. Taste test for sweetness. If you are using a sweeter variety of mango then no need to add sugar to purée, otherwise add sugar according to your taste. I have used Alphonso mangoes and they were pretty sweet to taste, so I have not added sugar in the purée.
Chill it and relish it.
To make it more gourmet I made no made no bake tarts and filled them with this scrumptious mango cream. Gorgeousness at the next level. The chocolatey Oreos are a perfect match for this mango cream.
Yumminess of so many good things in one dish is a delight for a foodie like me and I am sure for all the people who love their desserts. Ahhhhh!!!!! I wish I could pass to you all this super scrumptious divine sweet.

Coming back to my super scrumptious recipe. Let's see how to make it. We will prepare Mango Cream first.
FOR MANGO CREAM—
Whipping cream or Heavy Cream- 500 milliliter
Mangoes- 4, for making purée
Icing Sugar or Sugar Powder- 4 tablespoon
Mangoes- 2, for layering
For Garnishing- Pomegranate arils, cherries, nuts, mint leavesDIRECTIONS:
Peel and chop 4 mangoes.
Blend them to a smooth purée. Keep this purée in the fridge to chill.
Peel and chop 2 mangoes. Keep it aside.
While the purée is chilling, let’s prepare cream.
For that you can either use a stand mixer with whisk attachment or use a hand blender with whisk attachment.
In a deep bowl add in chilled cream and icing sugar. Start whipping it on low speed.
Gradually increase the speed to medium high until it forms soft peaks.
Take out the prepared purée from the fridge.
Reserve some purée and cream for Garnishing.
Add in ¼th of the whipped cream to the mango purée. Gently fold the cream in the mango purée.
Add the remaining cream in the same way by gently folding it with mango purée.
Your mango cream is ready. Chill it for at least an hour before serving.
HOW TO SERVE MANGO CREAM
Add some prepared mango cream at the bottom of the serving glass or bowl. Spoon some chopped mangoes over it.
Repeat to form another layer.
Top it up with some mango purée and whipped cream.
Chill for an hour. Garnish with pomegranate arils or cherries or mint leaves or nuts. Choice is yours.
Oreo biscuits- 32
Butter- 8 tablespoon (130 grams)DIRECTIONS:
To make the tart shells, break Oreo cookies in a random manner.
Pulse them, along with the filling cream, in a food processor until finely ground.
Add in melted butter and mix well.
Press the mixture evenly onto the bottom and up the sides of your tart pan.
I have used 5 small tart pans of about 3 inches each with a removable bottom.
Place them in the fridge for about 45-50 minutes to firm up before adding the filling- Mango Cream.
HOW TO ASSEMBLE TARTS
When tarts are all set, loosen the edges and gently push the removable bottoms up and they will come out easily.
Spoon the chilled Mango cream into the chilled Oreo crust.
Garnish them with reserved whipped cream, purée and fruits or nuts of your choice.
Keep in the freezer these prepared tarts for an hour, before serving.
The cream will set very nicely in the tarts in the freezer.
Enjoy the chilled treat!!
