Dahi Batata Poori

Dahi Batata Poori

Feeling tired and bored. Want to pep up your mood in jiffy. If your answer is yes then how about a quick chaat ;)
Ahaaaa!!!! I can see that broad smile on your face. And now you are salivating for chaat.
So, c'mon what are you waiting for. Let us prepare this quick fix mood enhancer and soul uplifter.

Don't laugh, for me, chaat works wonders when I am not in my best mood ;)

I love snacks which are easy to prepare and easy to serve. During festive occasions or when we have a get together at home this chaat is an instant crowd puller as this is a perfect combination of spicy sour and sweet. The cold yogurt drizzled over the pooris is so satiating. Generally during festivals we tend to gorge on sweets too much and then we look for something tangy and spicy and then these yumm pooris filled with spicy tangy masala come to our rescue.

I have not used any fixed recipe to make this. You can use the ingredients according to your choice. However the use of curd and chutneys is a must.
I have used the readymade pooris, the dry ones which are easily available in market. You just have to fry them.
Or else you can buy readymade pooris too.
