This super yummy and delicious drink was all gone in just two minutes. So technically if you ask me how much time one needs to prepare this, my answer will depend on how far the grocery store is from your place ;)

Coconut Milk- 400 milliliter
Soda water/ Sparkling Water- 300 milliliter
Sugar- 3tablespoon
Lemon juice- 3tablespoon
Mint leaves- a handful+ for Garnishing
Pomegranate arils- 1 tablespoon
Ice as required


Muddle together sugar, lemon juice and mint leaves.
Mix coconut milk and soda well.
Pour the muddled mixture equally in serving glasses.
Put some ice in glasses.
Top it up with milk mixture.
Garnish with mint leaves and pomegranate arils.
Enjoy the yummy cool drink.
