Peanut Chaat

Peanut Chaat

Are you a peanut lover like me? If yes then this chaat recipe is definitely for you. This is such an easy and super quick to make recipe. Even your kids can make it.

This chaat is my all time favorite, it’s tangy, spicy, crunchy, refreshing, tasty and above all healthy. Peanuts are a good source of dietary Protein, rich in energy and have many health benefits, nutrients, antioxidants, vitamins and minerals.

You don’t need any gourmet ingredients to make this recipe. Just a few basic ingredients from your pantry will be enough. Just chop 3-4 veggies, toss them with peanuts and lemon juice, add in chaat masala and salt, and it’s done. It just takes 10-15 minutes from start to finish to make this delicious chaat.
Make this crunchy munchy chaat today and enjoy it as a light snack with some chilled cocktails or mocktail or with a hot cup of tea.

I have used packaged-salted peanuts in this recipe ( which are easily available in supermarkets), because I love their taste. However you can either roast raw peanuts or fry them. You can even use boiled peanuts. You can add the veggies according to your choice. I have added what my family and I like.
