Going with the mood of the season here’s my- Super duper easy to make, divinely delicious😋 and everyone’s favorite PIZZA but in a different avatar!! Pizza Wreath with Puff Pastry Sheets.
If there’s one recipe which has to be made during the holidays, it’s this Pizza with Puff Pastry sheets. The buttery, golden puff pastry with the flavors of pizza not only sounds delicious but is super delicious and scrumptious in taste.

This beautiful pretty Wreath makes an awesome appetizer/ starter or main course for your Christmas party.
I simply loved this technique of making a wreath which is very simple and easy. Although you can use your homemade dough too but I find using readymade Puff Pastry is so less cumbersome.
All you have to do is to gather all the ingredients and get the baking done.
I bet you will be making this recipe many times this holiday season because honestly, once you taste this puff pastry recipe, you’ll want to make it again and again!!

INGREDIENTS:

Puff Pastry sheets- 400 grams
Pizza Sauce- 4 tablespoon
Oil- 1 teaspoon
Onion- 1, finely chopped
Cottage cheese or Paneer- 1 cup, crumbled
Spinach- 3 cups, cleaned, washed and chopped
Oregano- 1/2 teaspoon
Salt- as per taste
Red Chili powder- 1/2 teaspoon
Mozzarella Cheese- As per requirement (less is more ;) )
Sesame seeds- 1 teaspoon

DIRECTIONS:

First we will make the filling or stuffing.
For that, put oil in a pan or wok.
Let it heat.
Add in chopped onions and sauté till translucent.
Add in chopped spinach and mix well for 2-3 minutes.
Spinach will start wilting.
Add in crumbled paneer, pizza sauce, oregano, salt and red chili powder.
Mix everything well and cook for 3-4 minutes.
After that switch off the heat and let the mixture come to room temperature.

Meanwhile we will prepare the Puff Pastry sheet.
Remove frozen pastry sheets/ block from box and paper wrappings.
Thaw it at room temperature for about 40 minutes to 1 hour or until pastry unfolds easily.
Unfold pastry block on a lightly floured surface, and remove any additional paper wrappings.
I've rolled out the thawed Pastry block in about 12*12 inches square.
Now cut it into 6 equal squares.
Further take each square and cut it diagonally into 2 triangles.

HOW TO ASSEMBLE THE WREATH
Take a large baking tray and line it with parchment paper or wax paper.
Spray lightly with cooking spray.
Next, lay the cut Pastry triangles on the parchment paper.
Place one triangle with the edge facing inside and place the second triangle overlapping slightly at the corners, so that the edges of the triangles form a circle. (please refer to the pic in the detailed recipe part)

Spoon the spinach filling around the circle formed by the overlapping dough triangles.

And Sprinkle the filling with shredded cheese generously. Don't be a miser while sprinkling the cheese.
Gently fold the long end of each triangle over the filling to form the ring.
Brush the prepared wreath lightly with oil and sprinkle sesame seeds.
Bake in the preheated Oven for 13-15 minutes at 200*C.
OR until the pastry is golden brown and puffed.
Carefully remove from oven, place on a serving tray.
Devour!!
