Give me some sunshine Give me some rain
Give me some brownie to see my grin and happiness :)
Holidays calls for packing your stuff, shutting your brain and just relax. But what if amid all the shopping and packing one thing haunts you, how can you resist making it? Though I am not very fond of Cakes but these Choco Brownies just took my heart away from the very first time I made them. And then after that they are my go-to and most favorite dessert😋😋
I made these Cherry Choco Brownies just before leaving for holidays. Yes, I know I am very late in posting them 😉(almost a month) but better late than never.
I love brownies so much that the moment they are out of the oven they make way to my already salivating mouth.
Sometimes I keep them plain and sometimes I add some choco chips or walnuts. This time I experimented with cherries and the result just blew me away. Cherries with choco chips-ohhh so yummmm, so delicious!!
Recipe of Choco Walnut Brownies is already there on my blog. Just added a cup of pitted cherries and got one scrumptious dessert!
A brownie is a flat, baked dessert square which is a cross between a cake and a soft cookie in texture and comes in a variety of forms. Depending on its density, it may be either fudgy or cakey and may include chocolate chips, nuts, or other ingredients.
Brownies are often accompanied by milk or coffee. They are sometimes served warm with ice cream, topped with whipped cream, or sprinkled with powdered sugar.
These brownies came out just the way I like-fudgy,dense, with a moist, intensely chocolatey interior.
Highlights of these Brownies are:Decadent

Eggless
Chocolate brownies that are Super Easy to make.
Perfect dessert for the vegetarian brownie lover.

1 cup pitted cherries
½ cup choco chips
Some almond slivers (2-3 tablespoon)
DIRECTIONS:Start by preheating the oven at 180*C.
Next prepare a baking pan by greasing and lining it with the parchment paper.
I have used a round tray of about 8 inch diameter.
Sift together flour, cocoa powder, baking soda, Coffe powder and Salt and in a bowl.
Whisk well and set aside. Add sugar powder to it.
In a cup add milk and vinegar. Stir it well and let it curdle.
Add Oil and Vanilla extract to it.
Add the flour mixture to the liquid mixture and mix till just combined.
Whisk until combined well.
Do not overmix. The batter will be on the thicker side.
Fold in the chocolate chips and pitted cherries.
Reserve some cherries to be put on the top.
Pour the prepared brownie batter into the prepared baking pan.
Put the reserved cherries and sprinkle the almond slivers over the batter.
Bake it at 180*C for 25-30 minutes.
Check if the brownies are cooked by inserting a fork or toothpick in the center after 25 minutes.
If the toothpick comes out clean its done or else keep the pan for a further 5-10 minutes.
Once done, cool the brownies in the pan completely before inverting them onto a metal rack.
Cut into slices and serve.
