CREAMY MANGO DRESSING WITH FRUIT SALAD
You eat with your eyes first. So true na. When it comes to Salads we all start with a bang but somewhere same old boring fruits n veggies takes a monotonous way and starts vanishing from our routine.
But just giving a simple twist to your humble fruit bowl will not only entice you to eat it but will attract your family too.
Fruit salads are one of the easiest thing to make but twists n tweaks make them all the more palatable and interesting. Small and subtle changes gives a whole new dimension to this otherwise humble dish.
Here is my twist to this simple everyday routine boring salad which just vanished in minutes. All thanks to this yummm and creamy dressing. And of course the way of cutting fruits brings a new perspective too. I've used to Melon Scooper to take out the scoops of the fruits. But if you don't have the same, no need to worry. Cut your fruits either in slices or you can make it more attractive by cutting shapes with a cookie cutter. Why I love this Dressing:
This is CREAMY but not made of any CREAM
Goes well with Salads and Fruits.
And goes well with chips and bread sticks too.
Can be kept in fridge for 3-4 days.
