PIZZA QUICHE STYLE
Quiche n that too of Pizza flavor!!!!!! Its like double bonanza!!!!!!
N on top of that if I tell you that theres no need to make any pie crust for this recipe, sounds interesting na.
It’s one of those versatile dishes that can be made for any meal, with endless combinations of ingredients.
This rich quiche is packed full of pizza ingredients!
Actually while making one more dish I was left with bread crusts. Dint want to waste the bread. So this idea of making Quiche with leftover bread crust came to my mind.
Just throw in some bread crusts, veggies of your choice, herbs, pizza sauce n cheese n VOILA its done.
Super easy to make Super yumm to eat
- Bread crusts (Of 9-10 bread slices)
- I had some toasted slices also. Just popped them too in to the base.
- Veggies of your choice I’ve used:
- Red bell pepper
- Green bell pepper
- Yellow bell pepper
- Baby Corn
- Cottage cheese/Paneer
- Pizza Sauce
- Black pepper
- Mozzarella Cheese- grated
In a Spring form pan arrange the bread pieces.
Sprinkle some cheese over over it.
In a pan heat oil. Sauté your veggies for a minute or two.
Theres no hard n fast rule to use any particular vegetables.
Whatever is available with you, you can use it.
Next Add Cottage cheese, herbs,salt, pepper n Pizza sauce.
Switch off the flame.
Add 1 tbsp of cheese to it.
The cheese will help in binding the veggies.
Pour the veggie mix over bread pieces.
Put some cheese.
Bake it at 200*c for 15-20 mins.
