What is the first thought came to your mind the moment you see this bowl which is full with super healthy scrumptious salad?
I know, you want to grab it right away ;) Isn't it?
Ahhh!!!! I wish could share with you all.
Not this bowl but yes I can share with you all the super simple recipe of making this delicious, scrumptious Salad. You can add in the ingredients according to the availability.
 
 
 Sometimes I add in rocket leaves, grapes too. Sometimes it's just sprouts with cucumber and tomatoes. So it all depends on the ingredients that are available with me.
 
 

I like my salads as a full meal, wherein I try to balance all the essential vitamins and minerals in a bowl so that i get my daily 5 in right proportion.
 
 

INGREDIENTS:

Moong bean Sprouts (lightly steamed)- 1 cup
Tomatoes (diced)- 1/2 cup
Cucumber (diced)- 1/2 cup
Kiwi (diced)- 1
Pomegranate arils- 1/2 cup
Mixed Berries- 1 cup
Apple (diced)- 1/2 cup
Orange (deseeded)- 1
Lettuce leaves- 2
Lemon juice- 2 tablespoon
Chaat Masala- 2 teaspoon
Pumpkin seeds- 2 tablespoon
 

DIRECTIONS:

Mix all the ingredients listed except Pumpkin seeds.
Mix well.
You can add sliced green chillies too if you like the spicier version.
Sprinkle some seeds and voila it's ready to be gorged on.
